Onboarding Process

From application to governed Digital Guide.

SattvaOS onboarding is a deliberate, reviewed process — not instant, not automated. Every organization that gains access has been evaluated by a human team and meets our eligibility, rights, and governance standards.

Phase 01 · Application

Submit your organizational application

Typical timeline: One-time submission
  1. Provide verified organizational identity — legal name, registered status, lineage or mission statement.
  2. Designate an Authorized Representative with board or governance-level authority to bind the organization.
  3. Describe the intended purpose and audience of your Digital Guide.
  4. Specify the corpus — the body of teachings, texts, or recordings — you intend to register.
  5. Acknowledge rights ownership or authorization for every asset you plan to use.
  6. Accept platform governance, safety policies, and the AI-disclosure requirement.
Applications are reviewed by a human team. There is no instant approval or self-service access.
02
Phase 02 · Verification

Human review and identity verification

Typical timeline: 3–10 business days
  1. The SattvaOS review team evaluates your application against eligibility criteria.
  2. Your organization's legitimacy, lineage, and stated corpus rights are assessed.
  3. The Authorized Representative's authority is verified — this is not automated.
  4. You may be contacted for additional documentation or clarification.
  5. Applications that do not meet criteria are declined with a brief explanation.
  6. Approved applicants receive a formal onboarding confirmation and Studio invitation.
This review exists to protect the integrity of the platform and the traditions it serves. Not every application is approved.
03
Phase 03 · Studio Access

Configure your tenant in Organization Studio

Typical timeline: Guided setup
  1. Claim your unique tenant slug — the identifier for your organization on the platform.
  2. Upload branding assets: organization logo, color scheme, and display name.
  3. Configure your Digital Guide Persona — the name, role framing, and communication style.
  4. Set supported languages and any language-specific persona variations.
  5. Define team access: invite team members with appropriate roles (Admin, Editor, Reviewer).
  6. Review and save your organization profile before proceeding to corpus work.
Studio access does not mean your Digital Guide is public. Configuration must be completed before corpus registration can begin.
04
Phase 04 · Corpus Registration

Register, verify, and ingest your content assets

Typical timeline: Asset-dependent — days to weeks
  1. Asset Registration — declare each item: title, type (text, audio, video, scripture), language, and provenance.
  2. Rights Declaration — for each asset, confirm ownership, license, or written authorization from rights holder.
  3. Upload — securely transmit assets to the SattvaOS ingestion pipeline in approved formats.
  4. Content Review — the platform team reviews assets for safety, appropriateness, and alignment with declared rights.
  5. Approval — assets are individually approved or returned for revision before indexing.
  6. Indexing — approved assets are processed, chunked, embedded, and registered into your corpus index.
Corpus registration is not a single upload step. Each asset moves through its own review and approval lifecycle. Assets cannot be used by your Digital Guide until they are indexed.
05
Phase 05 · Launch Readiness

Complete the launch checklist and request activation

Typical timeline: Checklist-gated
  1. Complete all required Studio configuration fields — none can be left empty.
  2. Ensure at minimum one approved and indexed corpus asset is present.
  3. Confirm AI-disclosure language is visible in your Digital Guide interface.
  4. Team composition reviewed — at least one active admin must be designated.
  5. Submit a launch readiness request to the SattvaOS team for final review.
  6. Receive activation confirmation — your Digital Guide becomes accessible to your designated audience.
There is no automatic or self-service launch. Access is activated only after all checklist gates are cleared and the platform team confirms readiness.

What onboarding is not

Not instant
There is no same-day or automated approval. Every application involves human review.
Not open to all uses
Commercial exploitation, impersonation, and misleading spiritual authority are not permitted.
Not self-serve corpus upload
Assets are reviewed individually before they can power a Digital Guide.
Not a publishing platform
Digital Guides are governed AI assistants — not channels for distributing unchecked content.
Not anonymous
An identified, accountable Authorized Representative is required from every organization.
Not reversible without consequence
Misrepresentation of rights, identity, or intent may result in permanent suspension.
